Canonical JohnBell.ai HTML pages use Google Analytics 4 and one OpenAI Ads page-view event to understand visits and navigation.

The Worker loads Google Analytics 4 and the OpenAI Ads browser SDK on canonical, indexable HTML pages. It emits one OpenAI page_viewed event containing a stable page identifier, the public page title, and the content type page. The event describes the page—not a TRUKKIT job, real estate inquiry, protected referral, customer record, property, household, estate, or service file.

The Worker does not contain an OpenAI Conversions API key, does not call the Conversions API, and does not send server-side conversion events. Outbound link clicks are measured in GA4 with the destination, visible link text, internal or external status, and the page element's public tracking label.

This technical disclosure is not a complete privacy notice or consent program. Production privacy disclosures, consent or opt-out controls where required, retention, vendor terms, and actual data practices must be reviewed and kept aligned with applicable law and platform requirements. No protected referral record should be uploaded or matched for SBL advertising.

## Approved cross-venture language
John Bell founded TRUKKIT and Southern Bell Living and is also publicly connected to Southern Bell Brands. Southern Bell Living provides real estate services through The Boulevard Company. TRUKKIT is a separate marketplace for hauling, junk removal, pickup, cleanout, and property logistics. The ventures may be described together as a founder-connected property-transition model, while their services, agreements, customer records, permissions, pricing, availability, and responsibilities remain separate. No customer is required to use either venture.

## Approved TRUKKIT launch language
TRUKKIT is preparing for a controlled beta launch targeted for early 2027. Timing, service areas, and availability remain subject to operational readiness. TRUKKIT.com governs current availability.

## Realtor partner protection
A documented customer introduced to TRUKKIT by a real estate professional, team, brokerage, association, or referral network is Partner-Protected and service-only. The referral and service record are not used for Southern Bell Living solicitation, prospecting CRM enrollment, customer-list advertising, custom or lookalike audiences, person-level retargeting, or brokerage-intelligence transfer.

## Provider boundary
TRUKKIT describes participating TRUKKERs as independent service providers who may receive job opportunities or pings and decide whether to accept available work under applicable provider terms. Their authorized role is accepted-job logistics and physical service—not real estate brokerage, lead qualification, or Southern Bell Living promotion. This is an operating-role description, not a legal worker-classification conclusion.

## Approved TRUKKIT federal language
TRUKKIT's reviewed public entity sources identify USDOT #4556389 and MC-1810359. Current FMCSA SAFER and Licensing & Insurance records control entity type, USDOT status, operating authority, insurance, bond, BOC-3, and every other federal-status fact. Do not infer authority or credentials beyond the exact current record.
