Listing preparation, cleanouts, furniture pickup, donation or reuse trips, staging removal, eligible project debris, and post-closing clearance can create separate logistics needs when TRUKKIT availability and job rules permit.
No Automatic Bundle
Each venture controls its own commitment.
Any TRUKKIT work requires separate eligibility, availability, scope, agreement, schedule, provider fit, and responsibility. Neither service is required by the other.
Partner Boundary
Realtor-referred customers remain service-only.
A documented customer introduced to TRUKKIT by a real estate professional, team, brokerage, association, or referral network is Partner-Protected and service-only. The referral and service record are not used for Southern Bell Living solicitation, prospecting CRM enrollment, customer-list advertising, custom or lookalike audiences, person-level retargeting, or brokerage-intelligence transfer.
