Source Rule
Partner-Protected means service-only.
A documented customer introduced to TRUKKIT by a real estate professional, team, brokerage, association, or referral network is Partner-Protected and service-only. The referral and service record are not used for Southern Bell Living solicitation, prospecting CRM enrollment, customer-list advertising, custom or lookalike audiences, person-level retargeting, or brokerage-intelligence transfer.
Provider Boundary
The provider stops and redirects.
The provider does not answer real estate questions, collect brokerage leads, distribute Southern Bell Living materials, recommend a brokerage, or transfer service observations for brokerage use. Real estate questions go to the customer's own professional or official TRUKKIT Support.
Auditability
The promise must exist in systems, not just words.
Controls should include locked referral source, CRM suppression, advertising exclusions, role-based access, provider acknowledgment, separate consent records, retention controls, incident handling, and periodic audits with a named owner.
Customer Choice
The policy protects the referral without restricting lawful choice.
The standard does not prevent broad untargeted public advertising, erase a documented pre-existing relationship, or restrict a customer's independent choice. It prevents misuse of partner-referral and service records.
